     Calcium is one of the important minerals for our body health. Calcium strengthens bones and teeth. There are a lot of calcium-rich natural food products. It is believed that calcium is rich in dairy products. That's really true but other than these dairy products there are a lot of non-dairy products rich in calcium for lactose intolerant people.

Non Dairy products include spinach, kale, broccoli, okra, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and chia seeds.
