Dark chocolate has a high level of antioxidants like flavonoids that prevents oxidative stress. This prevents a few health effects that develop because of oxidative stress.
Dark chocolate improves blood flow in our body and it lowers blood pressure.
Dark chocolate lowers LDL cholesterol in our body that is considered to be the bad cholesterol and it increases the levels of HDL cholesterol which is good cholesterol.
